Sunrise Resort was born in 2016 from the vision of a group of people to start a project strongly based on Accessible Tourism.
In particular, the two founders Giovanni Parisi and Alessandro Di Martino, found a strong synergy that pushed them along a complex and tortuous path. In June 2016 the “Sunrise Resort” was inaugurated, from an old tourist hotel that had been abandoned for years.
Among many difficulties and sacrifices, in 2018 Alessandro and Giovanni managed to completely redevelop the structure through an important internal and external restyling work.
In 2019 the Sunrise Resort changed its name to "Sunrise Accessible Resort", The resort obtained the “International Valueable certification - Handing Opportunities” as a structure that offers job opportunities to people with disabilities and constant training on approaches to disability throughout the its entire staff.
Today, the Sunrise Accessible Resort, is still managed by Alessandro and Giovanni and provides quality services as a resorts having always the focus to improve the quality of life of people with physical, sensory and intellectual disabilities.
